Thiru Ayini Shiva temple is a famous Shiva temple situated in Maradu, Ernakulam district in Kerala, india. The shivalingam of this temple is designed by nature itself. This temple is situated around 1 km from petta bustop. The "Utsavam"(festival for incresing the strength of god) of Thiru Ayini Shiva temple is celebrating on "Uthrittathi' of malayalam month "Makaram". The utsavam is celebrating for 8 days,starting from 'Uthrittathi" to "Thiruvathira".
കേരളത്തിലെ എറണാകുളം ജില്ലയിലെ മരടിൽ സ്ഥിതി ചെയ്യുന്ന പ്രസിദ്ധമായ ഒരു ശിവക്ഷേത്രമാണ് തിരു അയിനി ശിവക്ഷേത്രം. ഈ ക്ഷേത്രത്തിലെ ശിവലിംഗം പ്രകൃതി തന്നെ രൂപകല്പന ചെയ്തതാണ്. പേട്ട ബസ്റ്റോപ്പിൽ നിന്ന് ഒരു കിലോമീറ്റർ അകലെയാണ് ഈ ക്ഷേത്രം. തിരു അയിനി ശിവക്ഷേത്രത്തിലെ "ഉത്സവം" (ദൈവത്തിന്റെ ശക്തി വർദ്ധിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള ഉത്സവം) മലയാള മാസമായ "മകരത്തിലെ ‘’ "ഉതൃട്ടാതി"നാളിൽ ആഘോഷിക്കുന്നു. "ഉതൃട്ടാതി" മുതൽ "തിരുവാതിര" വരെ 8 ദിവസമാണ് ഉത്സവം ആഘോഷിക്കുന്നത്.
